Unfiltered IPA, loaded with classic American hops for notes of citrus zest and resin. A hefty addition of rice in the mash lends a dry and crisp finish.
"All A Dream" Juicy Peach IPA (6.5%)
A collaboration with The Glass Jug Beer Lab, a juicy peach IPA, hopped with amarillo, and experimental hop HBC 520.
"Goat Yoga" Hazy IPA (7%)
Hazy IPA, heavily hopped with Enigma, Cashmere, Mosaic, Calypso, and Amarillo.
Barrel Blend #1 (7.5%)
Mixed fermentation brown sour ale with Pediococcus and Brettanomyces that was aged for 24 months in Heaven Hill bourbon barrels, then conditioned on tart cherries.
Oak-Aged Blonde Sour (6.9%)
A lactobacillus sour, fermented with 100% Brettanomyces lambicus and conditioned in an oak foeder.
Orange-Rosemary Sour Ale (5%)
Fresh green rosemary gives off herbal notes, with tart orange peel.
Key Lime Gose (4.5%)
Key limes, graham cracker, vanilla, pink sea salt.
"Phased Out" Dark Gose (5.8%)
A dark and roasty gose, with toasted sugar giving notes of caramel. Collab with Destihl.
"Sippy Cup #3" Blueberry-Strawberry Wheat Ale (5.5%)
An easy drinking American wheat ale. Brewed with wheat & oats for a dry, yet smooth mouthfeel. Conditioned on over 1 pound of berry puree per gallon.
