The future freaks me out

Liquid hop extracts! Thiolized yeast! The future is now! We spared no expense on this futuristic Hazy IPA, fermented with Helio Gazer from Omega Yeast and hopped with Mosaic Incognito, Mosaic Spectrum, Mosaic Lupomax, and a sizeable portion of HBC586, an experimental hop variety, for good measure. The end result is a monumental hop and yeast derived expression of tropical guava and passion fruit notes with a more traditional pulpy OJ note lurking in the background.
